Week Calendar

Meet other parents or caregivers and learn songs, rhymes, and early literacy tips.  Geared towards kids 0-14 months and an adult parent or caregiver.  Be prepared for an explosion of cuteness.

Book Brunch is a book club devoted to reading, unrestricted by genre, plus, of course, brunch! Each month we will read a book, then meet the second Saturday of the next month for waffles, orange juice, coffee etc., and a chat.

Importance of Exercise, Nutrition, Socialization, Self-care.

This program is for those living with PD, their families, and caregivers.
