Enjoy an hour of relaxation provided by the resonating sound from a crystal sound bath.

Singing bowls, also known as sound bowls work by producing vibrations and sounds when struck or rubbed with a mallet. 

The vibration and sounds can be used to promote relaxation. 

We advise that patrons bring their own yoga mats and blankets as body temperature can drop during the sound bowls.
