COOS QUINOA BOWLS ingredients:
Firm Tofu (Surata 16 oz) if you need to reduce the size of tofu you can half the tofu
1 Cup Gluten Free Teriyaki (10 oz.)
1 Cup Shelled Edamame Frozen (10 oz.)
2 Cups Veggie Stock
1/3 Cups Shallots
1 Medium Red Onion (finely chopped)
1 Cup of Carrots (chopped at an acute angle less than 90°)
1 Tablespoon Ginger (finely chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 Cup Quinoa
½ tsp Coriander
¼ tsp Cumin
You will need:
1 Pot with Lid
2 Big Spoons
A bowl to rinse Quinoa
