Co-op Power Breakfast Bowl ingredients:
1 Garnet Yam
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
6 Cremini Mushroom
1 Bulk Tofu
1 Cups of Spinach (we have it in bulk in produce)
1 Japanese Sweet Potato
1½ Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast (in bulk)
½ Teaspoon of Cumin
¼ Teaspoon of Turmeric
You will need:
2 Frying Pans
Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper
1 Bowl (to crumble tofu)
2 Big Spoon
