Coos Bay Library has teamed up with Coos Head Food Co-op's Outreach Coordinator, Jamar, to provide safe, easy, and healthy recipes to create at home. Join us virtually on Zoom for this fun community event!

COOS HEAD PASTA ingredients:
1 Package of Montebello Fusilli pasta (16 oz.)
1 Jar of Field Day Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce (26 oz.)
4 to 5 Cremini Mushrooms (Medium)
1 Cup of Julienne Dried Tomatoes
¼ Cup of Chopped Garlic
½ Cup to 1 Cup of Sliced Red Onions (Medium)
1 ½ Cup of Chopped Zucchini
1 to 2 Cups of Spinach rough chopped
½ tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
Grated Parmesan Cheese (Garnish)
You will need:
2 Pots (One for Pasta Sauce, One for Boiling Pasta)
2 Big Spoons
