To start the volunteer process, please fill out the Volunteer Application and return the completed form to the City Manager's office at Coos Bay City Hall - 500 Central Avenue. To ensure your privacy, please enclose the form in a sealed envelope.  Volunteers are very important to the library.  They contribute to both short and long term projects which help the library maintain high levels of service.
